Phase 1: Pre-Construction Planning

Our process starts with a collaborative planning phase. We’ll sit down together to create your custom home plans, tailored to your vision and lifestyle. During this stage, we’ll also put together a selection of finishes and materials, organizing everything in a visual format so you can see exactly what your new home will look like. Finally, we’ll establish a clear budget so there are no surprises down the road.

Phase 2: Moving from Plans to Groundbreaking

Once we have your plans, selections, and budget finalized, we’re ready to break ground. This is where the excitement really kicks in. We take care of all the permits and site preparation so that construction can start without a hitch. And as an owner-operator builder, I’m personally on-site and available throughout the entire build, ensuring everything stays on track and meets your expectations.

Phase 3: Construction and Ongoing Communication

During the construction phase, we focus on keeping things simple and transparent. You’ll have regular updates and plenty of opportunities to see the progress. Because I’m hands-on, you can easily reach out with any questions or adjustments. Our goal is to make sure you feel confident and informed every step of the way.

Phase 4: Final Walkthrough and Move-In

Once construction is complete, we’ll do a final walkthrough together to ensure everything is exactly as you envisioned. Then it’s time for the best part—moving into your beautiful new custom home!
